You have to have a strong WHY… your reason WHY you do fitnesss has to be soo strong that it will drive you out of your bed at 5am in the morning o a cold and rainy day! Your WHY has to be soo strong that it will force you to worout after a long stressful day at work! Your WHY has to be soo strong it will make you go to the gym in 1 foot of snow! Your WHY should be soo strong that if there were a 10 food brick wall in your way, you would climb it or SMASH it to pieces to get your workout in!!
