Start your morning with veggies. “ew yuck” You may say, we’re not accustomed to eating veggies until at least lunch. Most of us only dinner. I want to encourage you to be different, there is a area in Japan called “Okinawa” where people lived an average of 84 years for men and 90 years for women. When you study their diet, they ate fish, veggies, soup, and tea for breakfast. Every meal for them looked like that, and I truly believe that it contributed to the longevity of their lives. So I want to encourage you to eat more veggies, less bad carbs, less sugar, so that you can take full advantage of your health as long as you can.
