If you feed a plant soda instead of water, then it will ruin your plant.

Same truth holds with our bodies, if you want the best results with your workouts then your must feed your body the right foods! Consume foods high in protein, fiber, and other nutrients good for the body, also foods low in sugars, fats and calories overall! Remember what we put in our bodies will manifest outside our bodies, fitness and nutrition are primarily 70-80% what you eat and 20-30% of your workout. Meaning you can have the best workouts on the planet, but if you’re not eating the right foods, then the workouts will only get you so far. But if you can eat the right foods with the right workouts then you can obtain the body you have been dreaming!
