In my weight loss and fitness journey, I have had experience with countless trainers, many of whom have a good basic knowledge of workouts but lack an advanced knowledge of fitness and nutrition. In my experience with Dubs, however, I was exposed to a whole new level of expertise. As I've gone through the process of losing 75 lbs, (45 lbs in less than three months) my sessions (attending Dubs personal training sessions) with him have given me the accountability, motivation, and fitness knowledge to meet my goals and exceed them.

I've had other trainers train me before, but they were not nearly as knowledgeable as Warren has been on workouts. Most of my previous trainers used a very conventional approach. Something that distinguished Warren from other trainers is that he has his own style of training. He is very kind and very understanding but at the same time, motivates you constantly. Something much more important that I noted is that he is dedicated. He is a Certified Personal Trainer who maintains his body in top shape and eats clean and serves as a perfect role model to follow. A lot of trainers might know the information, but I believe that the trainer is someone you're supposed to look up to. If they maintain themselves in shape, you will want to as well. When I started with Warren, I was 5'10" 194 lbs. After roughly 2-3 months, I saw noticeable changes and started receiving compliments from many of my friends because I had dropped to 172 lbs. That is a 22 pound drop and concrete evidence is present in the progress pictures. He really pushed me in the workouts and I made sure to stay on top of eating clean and this combined effort is what resulted in my success. But needless to say, he played a vital role in my success and I would undoubtedly strongly recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting into shape. He works extremely hard at what he does and is determined to help his clients succeed. He will do his part; it all comes down to whether you can do yours. A huge thanks to all the hard work he has done and continues to do.

Excellent experience!!! Working out with Warren was one of the best decisions I've made. He is an excellent trainer who is very motivating, attentive, and has a contagious positive attitude. During the workouts Warren was constantly watching to make sure I was pushing myself while still keeping proper form. I always worked harder and had a much superior work out than I could have accomplished on my own. Even though I knew I was going to be working hard and be exhausted at the end, I never dreaded going to a workout. I have been working with Warren for a few months now and I would highly recommend him! Before starting with Warren, I had been working out for months (running, pilates, Class Pass, strict adherence to Kayla's Bikini Body Guide, 1100 calorie days, etc). I was making progress, but I didn't feel like my body was transforming at the level of effort I felt I was putting in. As a female, I'd never really focused on heavy weigh lifting as I didn't understand how best to apply it for my body goals. Warren has been amazing at designing a workout program that has me feeling more and more toned and strong while completely alleviating any concerns I personally had around "bulking up".

I love that the work outs we do together are fast but intense - with three full circuits that somehow go so quickly, and I'm always just the right amount of sore afterward. He has a great, friendly personality that helps you make it through the workouts. And it's so convenient to do them in your own gym.

Warren also creates a great workout plan for the days you aren't with him, and he provides meal guidance - which allowed me to have a huge breakthrough on how I was over indexing on counting calories instead of also focusing on macros. I was eating way too little protein and too much fat.

I've always been skinny or skinny fat, but never toned. This is the first time I've started developing definition in my thighs and I have never gotten so many compliments on my abs! If you actually follow his plan I think you're guaranteed success.
